How long does it take to set up the app?

123onsite is designed to be very user-friendly, just like all the other apps from our company. The setup time depends on the size of your company, the number of master data to be entered and whether individual wage agreements need to be integrated. Some of our customers can get started right away, for others we are happy to assist as technical consultants during the setup phase. Simply contact us for a professional estimate on the setup time!

What are the technical requirements?

Our apps are available for the Android and iOS operating systems in the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. To use the collected data in your office, all you need is a PC with internet access and an internet browser. It’s that simple. You don’t need separate storage space on your PC – no software is installed and no data is stored there. Could this be the “cloud” that everyone’s always talking about?

Does every employee need a cell phone?

No. The system is designed in such a way that only the foreman / supervisor / site manager needs a mobile device to time-stamp all those present on the site and even record their activities. However, 123onsite.com is so flexible that you can give any employee access to the app if you wish – doing so typically gives you even more usable data. The smartphones used don’t have to be new or even brand-name devices either. We will be happy to advise you in this regard.

Is my data safe?

Of course. We guarantee a secure data center and protected data. No matter which 123onsite version you choose, our servers are located in highly secured data centers. Using interfaces, you can easily and securely transfer your data from 123onsite to your other software for further processing.

What if I don't have cell phone reception at the job site?

Absolutely no problem! Even if your data connection is temporarily interrupted, all the data you enter will still be saved. As soon as a wireless connection is established, the stored data can be synchronized with the office application without any problems.

Can I purchase any add-ons?

Of course! You can start with just a basic package and then add successive add-ons such as the daily reports or scheduling feature, or alternatively get started immediately with a “complete package”.
